The draft of the «Reglamento de Transporte, Distribución, COmercialización, Suministro y Procedimientos de Autorización de Instalaciones de Energía Eléctrica» has been published recently. It includes the power quality regulation, and mentions the need of some complementary technical instructions based on the EN 50160. A proposal of these technical instructions will be developed in this project, that will determine all the power quality aspects that need to be controlled, and the rights and obligations of all the different agents (distribution companies, customer and regulator) that are involved in power quality
